Se presenta el caso de una mujer de 25 años con tos, fiebre, disnea y dolor pleurítico de tres meses de evolución, con una lesión cavitante en la tomografía de tórax. Ella recibió tratamiento antituberculoso en otra institución de salud sin respuesta favorable.

Brexucabtagene autoleucel in‐vivo expansion and BTKi refractoriness have a negative influence on progression‐free survival in mantle cell lymphoma: Results from CART‐SIE study

In this prospective, observational, real‐world, multicentre study, we evaluated 106 patients affected by mantle cell lymphoma. The patients were treated with the anti‐CD19 CAR T‐cell therapy Brexucabtagene autoleucel (brexu‐cel). Our study corroborated the association between in‐vivo CAR T‐cell expansion and progression‐free survival (PFS).

Se analiza los resultados de 3 diferentes protocolos realizados en SOLCA entre los períodos de 1986 y 1997. Se usaron diferentes protocolos que fueron uno similar al CHOP, el BFM 86 y el LMB 89.

Targeting CD25+ lymphoma cells with the antibody–drug conjugate camidanlumab tesirine as a single agent or in combination with targeted agents

Camidanlumab tesirine is a CD25‐specific antibody‐drug conjugate employing SG3199, a highly cytotoxic DNA minor groove cross‐linking pyrrolobenzodiazepine dimer, with cytotoxic activity in lymphoma cells. Body composition and late‐occurring chronic health conditions after autologous stem cell transplantation for lymphoma

Adults with lymphoma who underwent autologous stem cell transplant have a high rate of new‐onset chronic health conditions. Increased skeletal muscle density at the time of transplant is associated with a lower risk of developing chronic health conditions.
