Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study uncovers the thyroid hormone receptor Thra as a pivotal regulator that spatiotemporally orchestrates dual‐phase skin repair. Epidermal Thra accelerates barrier restoration via glutathione‐driven keratin assembly, while dermal Thra establishes angiogenic niches through SAA3‐FN1‐mediated matrix remodeling.
