Linguistic processes and the braille code

Abstract Interaction of contracted braille with language processing at a sublexical level was tested. Spelling performance and error patterns were similar and partly identical to those of print users, but the error patterns of congenitally blind braillists and adventitiously blind braillists differed significantly.
