D-branes in Kazama-Suzuki Models [PDF]
We investigate boundary states of D-branes wrapped around supersymmetric cycles in Kazama--Suzuki models. We show that the geometry of the D-branes corresponds to a generalisation of calibrated geometry.

Tris(ethylenediamine-κ2N,N′)nickel(II) bis(dimethyl phosphate)
In the title compound, [Ni(C2H8N2)3][O2P(OCH3)2]2, the NiII atom is six-coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry by six N atoms from three ethylenediamine ligands. The P atoms of the anions adopt a distorted tetrahedral geometry.

Geometry of alternating links on surfaces
We consider links that are alternating on surfaces embedded in a compact 3-manifold. We show that under mild restrictions, the complement of the link decomposes into simpler pieces, generalising the polyhedral decomposition of alternating links of Menasco.

PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS PERFORMANCE IN GEOMETRY IN THE COLLEGES OF EDUCATION, GHANA
Studies indicate that geometry enables pre-service teachers to link mapping objects in the classroom to real-life situations. Additionally, studies indicated that the proficiency development of the participants is a challenge.

The title compound, [Hg5Br10(C7H8N2O)2]n, contains two μ3-bridging Br atoms, six μ2-bridging Br atoms and two terminal Br atoms. One HgII atom, lying on an inversion center, adopts a distorted octahedral geometry defined by six Br atoms.

Geometry of biperiodic alternating links
A biperiodic alternating link has an alternating quotient link in the thickened torus. In this paper, we focus on semi-regular links, a class of biperiodic alternating links whose hyperbolic structure can be immediately determined from a corresponding Euclidean tiling. Consequently, we determine the exact volumes of semi-regular links.

In the title compound, [ZnI2(C13H19N3O)], the ZnII ion is five-coordinated in a distorted square-pyramidal geometry, in which the basal plane is defined by three N atoms from the Schiff base ligand and one iodide ion.

2-(5-Bromo-2-methylphenyl)propan-2-ol
The title compound, C10H13BrO, crystallizes with four independent molecules of similar geometry in the asymmetric unit. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds, which link the molecules into tetramers.

The size of triangulations supporting a given link [PDF]
Let T be a triangulation of S^3 containing a link L in its 1-skeleton. We give an explicit lower bound for the number of tetrahedra of T in terms of the bridge number of L.

In the centrosymmetric dinuclear title compound, [Pb2(C10H6NO2)2(CH3COO)2(C2H5OH)2], one O atom of the carboxylate group of the quinoline-2-carboxylate anion connects the two PbII atoms.
