C. F. v. Weizsächer on Quasistationary Isotropic Turbulence Compared With Onsager's Statistical Hydrodynamics

open access: yesNatural Sciences, Volume 6, Issue 2, April 2026.
v. Weizsäcker and Heisenberg began their turbulence collaboration in 1945 while still quarantined at Farm Hall. Their papers were submitted separately in 1946 from Göttingen. v. Weizsäcker had derived the 5/3 law for dissipation while using dimensional analysis in real space.

Bi‐Directional Recurrent Attentional Topic Model Using Flexible Priors

open access: yesComputational Intelligence, Volume 42, Issue 2, April 2026.
ABSTRACT This article presents extensions to the Bi‐Directional Recurrent Attentional Topic Model (bi‐RATM) framework, a Dirichlet‐based model used in text document analysis. The allocation of topics to a sentence in a document is determined by its content as well as the topics of its neighboring sentences, and the weighting is typically variable. Many

Finding Local Parallel Electric Fields in Magnetotail Reconnection Using a Two‐Spacecraft Method

open access: yesGeophysical Research Letters, Volume 53, Issue 6, 28 March 2026.
Abstract We investigate the use of a novel two‐spacecraft Liouville‐mapping method using data from the Magnetospheric Multiscale mission to determine local magnetic‐field‐aligned (parallel) electric fields in the Earth's magnetotail. The method detects the presence of local acceleration potentials by mapping phase‐space density between electron ...

An exactly solvable quantum four-body problem associated with the symmetries of an octacube

open access: yesNew Journal of Physics, 2015
In this article, we show that eigenenergies and eigenstates of a system consisting of four one-dimensional hard-core particles with masses 6 m , 2 m , m , and 3 m in a hard-wall box can be found exactly using Bethe Ansatz.

C∞‐Structures for Liénard Equations and New Exact Solutions to a Class of Klein–Gordon Equations

open access: yesMathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, Volume 49, Issue 4, Page 2795-2822, 15 March 2026.
ABSTRACT Liénard equations are analyzed using the recent theory of 𝒞∞‐structures. For each Liénard equation, a 𝒞∞‐structure is determined by using a Lie point symmetry and a 𝒞∞‐symmetry. Based on this approach, a novel method for integrating these equations is proposed, which consists in solving sequentially two completely integrable Pfaffian equations.

On some generalized integral inequalities for Riemann-Liouville fractional integrals

open access: yesFilomat, 2015
In this paper, we give a generalized Montogomery identities for the Riemann-Liouville fractional integrals. We also use this Montogomery identities to establish some new Ostrowski type integral inequalities.

Programmable Multifunctional Bistable Structures for Energy Transfer and Dissipation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 17, 23 March 2026.
Utilizing the energy conversion characteristics of asymmetric bistable beams, this study develops a programmable multifunctional system composed of multiple bistable beams for energy transfer and dissipation. The high energy density enables the system to demonstrate potential in transient scenarios such as target delivery and shock absorption ...

The complex Liouville string: The matrix integral

open access: yesSciPost Physics
We propose a duality between the complex Liouville string and a two-matrix integral. The complex Liouville string is defined by coupling two Liouville theories with complex central charges c = 13 ± i \lambda

Digital Twin Simulations Toolbox of the Nitrogen‐Vacancy Center in Diamond

open access: yesAdvanced Quantum Technologies, Volume 9, Issue 3, March 2026.
The Nitrogen‐vacancy (NV) center in diamond is a key platform within quantum technologies. This work introduces a Python based digital‐twin of the NV, where the spin dynamics of the system is simulated without relying on commonly used approximations, such as the adoption of rotating frame. The digital‐twin is validated through three different examples,

A Generalized Hierarchy of Combined Integrable Bi-Hamiltonian Equations from a Specific Fourth-Order Matrix Spectral Problem

open access: yesMathematics
The aim of this paper is to analyze a specific fourth-order matrix spectral problem involving four potentials and two free nonzero parameters and construct an associated integrable hierarchy of bi-Hamiltonian equations within the zero curvature ...
