Oral lymphomas are rare and difficult to diagnose, with Mucosa-Associated Lymphoid Tissue (MALT) lymphoma most commonly affecting older adults, particularly women. MALT lymphoma of the lip is exceptionally rare, and its cause is poorly understood.
