On the structure of spaces of vector-valued Lipschitz functions
We analyse the strong connections between spaces of vector-valued Lipschitz functions and spaces of linear continuous operators. We apply these links to study duality, Schur properties and norm attainment in the former class of spaces as well as in their

Pełczyński’s Property (V$$^*$$) in Lipschitz-Free Spaces
We prove that Pelczyński's property (V$^*$) is locally determined for Lipschitz-free spaces, and obtain several sufficient conditions for it to hold. We deduce that $\mathcal{F}(M)$ has property (V$^*$) when the complete metric space $M$ is locally compact and purely 1-unrectifiable, a Hilbert space, or belongs to a class of Carnot-Carathéodory spaces ...

The goal of this work is to look at how a nonlinear model describes hematopoiesis and its complexities utilizing commonly used techniques with historical and material links. Based on time delay, the Mackey–Glass model is explored in two instances. To offer a range, the relevance of the parameter impacting stability (bifurcation) is recorded.

Pinching, Pontrjagin classes, and negatively curved vector bundles
We prove several finiteness results for the class $M_{a,b,G,n}$ of $n$-manifolds that have fundamental groups isomorphic to $G$ and that can be given complete Riemannian metrics of sectional curvatures within $[a,b]$ where $a\le ...

ABSTRACT We study eigenvalue problems for the de Rham complex on varying three‐dimensional domains. Our analysis includes the Helmholtz equation as well as the Maxwell system with mixed boundary conditions and non‐constant coefficients. We provide Hadamard‐type formulas for the shape derivatives under weak regularity assumptions on the domain and its ...

Existence Analysis of a Three‐Species Memristor Drift‐Diffusion System Coupled to Electric Networks
ABSTRACT The existence of global weak solutions to a partial‐differential‐algebraic system is proved. The system consists of the drift‐diffusion equations for the electron, hole, and oxide vacancy densities in a memristor device, the Poisson equation for the electric potential, and the differential‐algebraic equations for an electric network.

A note on nonseparable Lipschitz-free spaces
We prove that several classical Banach space properties are equivalent to separability for the class of Lipschitz-free spaces, including Corson's property ($\mathcal{C}$), Talponen's Countable Separation Property, or being a Gâteaux differentiability space. On the other hand, we single out more general properties where this equivalence fails.

Projections in Lipschitz‐free spaces induced by group actions
AbstractWe show that given a compact group G acting continuously on a metric space by bi‐Lipschitz bijections with uniformly bounded norms, the Lipschitz‐free space over the space of orbits (endowed with Hausdorff distance) is complemented in the Lipschitz‐free space over . We also investigate the more general case when G is amenable, locally compact

ABSTRACT Hydraulic manipulators exhibit strong coupling, pronounced nonlinearities, and significant modeling uncertainties, which hinder high‐precision motion control. This paper proposes a finite‐time disturbance observer–based nonlinear robust adaptive control (RAC‐FTDO) framework enhanced by a physically consistent dynamic parameter identification ...

On large ℓ₁-sums of Lipschitz-free spaces and applications
We prove that the Lipschitz-free space over a Banach space X X of density κ \kappa , denoted by F ( X ) \mathcal {F}(X) , is linearly isomorphic to its ℓ 1 \ell _1 -sum ( ⨁
