Directional dense‐trajectory‐based patterns for dynamic texture recognition
Representation of dynamic textures (DTs), well‐known as a sequence of moving textures, is a challenging problem in video analysis due to the disorientation of motion features.

Beyond Massive-MIMO: The Potential of Positioning with Large Intelligent Surfaces
We consider the potential for positioning with a system where antenna arrays are deployed as a large intelligent surface (LIS), which is a newly proposed concept beyond massive-MIMO where future man-made structures are electronically active with ...

We propose a minimal predictive inverse seesaw model based on two right-handed neutrinos and two additional singlets, leading to the same low energy neutrino mass matrix as in the Littlest Seesaw (LS) (type I) model. In order to implement such a Littlest

HelMod in the works: from direct observations to the local interstellar spectrum of cosmic-ray electrons [PDF]
The local interstellar spectrum (LIS) of cosmic-ray (CR) electrons for the energy range 1 MeV to 1 TeV is derived using the most recent experimental results combined with the state-of-the-art models for CR propagation in the Galaxy and in the heliosphere.

A novel phthalocyanine (PC)‐based metal–organic framework (MOFs) is synthesized using ditopic PC linkers obtained through regioselective statistical condensation. The resulting MOF exhibits significant improvements in electronic absorption, thereby enhancing the material's performance in light harvesting and energy conversion.

Quantum control using quantum memory
We propose a new quantum numerical scheme to control the dynamics of a quantum walker in a two dimensional space–time grid. More specifically, we show how, introducing a quantum memory for each of the spatial grid, this result can be achieved simply by ...
