dUTPases are involved in balancing the appropriate nucleotide pools. We showed that dUTPase is essential for normal development in zebrafish. The different zebrafish genomes contain several single‐nucleotide variations (SNPs) of the dut gene. One of the dUTPase variants displayed drastically lower protein stability and catalytic efficiency as compared ...

Choice Numbers of Chordal, Chordless, and Some Non-Chordal Graphs
We prove that chordal graphs are chromatic-choosable and present a decomposition theorem to help estimate the choice numbers for certain classes of chordless and non-chordal graphs.

Colorings v.s. list colorings of uniform hypergraphs
Let $r$ be an integer with $r\ge 2$ and $G$ be a connected $r$-uniform hypergraph with $m$ edges. By refining the broken cycle theorem for hypergraphs, we show that if $k>\frac{m-1}{\ln(1+\sqrt{2})}\approx 1.135 (m-1)$ then the $k$-list assignment of $G$ admitting the fewest colorings is the constant list assignment.

ABSTRACT Objective Cognitive impairment, fatigue, and depression are common in multiple sclerosis (MS), potentially due to disruption of regional functional connectivity caused by white matter (WM) lesions. We explored whether WM lesions functionally connected to specific brain regions contribute to these MS‐related manifestations.

Diffusion Tractography Biomarker for Epilepsy Severity in Children With Drug‐Resistant Epilepsy
ABSTRACT Objective To develop a novel deep‐learning model of clinical DWI tractography that can accurately predict the general assessment of epilepsy severity (GASE) in pediatric drug‐resistant epilepsy (DRE) and test if it can screen diverse neurocognitive impairments identified through neuropsychological assessments.

Komjath studied the list chromatic number of infinite graphs and introduced the notion of restricted list chromatic number. For a graph $X=(V_X,E_X)$ and a cardinal $κ$, we say that $X$ is restricted list colorable for $κ$ if for every $L:V_X\to[κ]^κ$ there is a choice function $c$ of $L$ such that $c(v)\neq c(w)$ whenever ${v,w}\in E_X$.
