Les fosses profondes attribuées au Mésolithique recèlent en général très peu de vestiges, voire aucun. Sur le site de Recy, une fosse sur sept a livré un assemblage très restreint et très particulier, constitué soit d’armatures, soit d’éléments tranchants, fragments de lames ou d’éclats laminaires.
