Abstract Purpose To evaluate the marginal gap of two‐piece polyetheretherketone (PEEK) abutments fabricated with different methods, before and after thermal cycling, while also focusing on their pull‐off bond strength. Materials and Methods A two‐piece abutment was virtually designed after digitizing a titanium‐base (Ti‐base) abutment.

Wear behavior of pressable lithium disilicate glass ceramic [PDF]
AbstractThis article reports effects of surface preparation and contact loads on abrasive wear properties of highly aesthetic and high‐strength pressable lithium disilicate glass‐ceramics (LDGC). Abrasive wear testing was performed using a pin‐on‐disk device in which LDGC disks prepared with different surface finishes were against alumina pins at ...

Abstract Purpose This systematic review and meta‐analysis evaluated the bond strength effectiveness of a self‐etching ceramic primer, specifically Monobond Etch & Prime (MEP), compared to hydrofluoric acid with silane (HF+S) in feldspathic and leucite‐reinforced dental glass‐ceramics (DGCs). Materials and Methods This study followed PRISMA‐p guidelines
