Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Liveness in Weighted Routed Nets
, 1996 In this paper, we present an algorithm to check liveness of weighted routed nets. This novel method is based on the total number of event equations for each single input subnet and on a continuous approximation of a Petri net that provides linear equation descriptions.
