Liver biopsy in sheep.

Liver biopsies were performed in the same group of 16 sheep on 8 consecutive wk using an apparatus with a fibre optic continuous light source and a telescope. The sheep were placed in a sternal position on a special table constructed of metal pipes (3.8 cm diameter) and 4.5 cm spacing.

PET Imaging of Cardiac Inflammation in Viral Myocarditis Using a DPP4‐Targeted Probe

This study describes a DPP4‐targeted PET probe for imaging myocardial inflammation by selectively targeting activated immune cells. Derived from the clinically approved small‐molecule inhibitor linagliptin, the probe demonstrates favorable biodistribution with specific cardiac uptake in myocarditis.

FGF13 Deficiency Ameliorates Paclitaxel‐Induced Neuropathic Pain by Inhibiting VASH1‐Mediated Microtubule Detyrosination to Promote Mitophagy

FGF13 is upregulated in DRG neurons of PIPNP model mice. DRG neuron‐specific knockout of FGF13 ameliorates PIPNP symptoms. Mechanistically, FGF13 potentiates microtubule detyrosination by promoting VASH1 binding to microtubules. FGF13 knockout suppresses VASH1‐mediated microtubule detyrosination and promotes α‐tubulin tyrosination.
