Enzyme‐Powered DNA Origami Nanostructures for Enhanced Mucosal Diffusion
Small Structures, Volume 7, Issue 3, March 2026.Single‐particle tracking reveals how DNA origami navigates mucus. Bare structures show limited diffusion, while enzyme‐functionalized nanostructures exhibit enhanced mobility. Symmetrically arranged urease creates uniform pH gradients for smooth propulsion, whereas asymmetrically placed catalase drives bubble‐mediated motion.

This study reports solution structures of SART3 RRM domains and investigates the interaction between RRM and U6 snRNA.
