Ceramic capacitor controlled resonant LLC converters
2018 IEEE Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition (APEC), 2018The possibility of applying standard commercial ceramic capacitors for controlling a resonant LLC converter was studied analytically and experimentally. Using a two serially connected ferroelectric capacitors assembly, experiments were run on a mockup of an LLC converter that was switched at 90kHz to a power level of 5W.

PWAM control of bidirectional LLC resonant converter
2013 1st International Future Energy Electronics Conference (IFEEC), 2013This paper proposes an improved bidirectional LLC resonant converter with pulse width and amplitude modulation (PWAM) control method. With the proposed PWAM control method, the converter can be operated with a much wider voltage range at a fixed switching frequency, which can be equal to the resonant frequency.

Resonance Parameter of Variable Mode LLC Converter for Auxiliary Converter
2019 10th International Conference on Power Electronics and ECCE Asia (ICPE 2019 - ECCE Asia), 2019A precise modeling and resonant calculation method are proposed for variable mode LLC resonant converter. With normal operation of the converter, the redundancy of components is reduced. By establishing equivalent circuit model considering device characteristics, DC gain function is deduced.
