Research on the construction of load management system for power supply guarantee target [PDF]
In the past two years, due to the frequent combination of extreme weather and high primary energy prices and other factors, resulting in the continuous tension of power supply and demand in many places, the risk of power rationing has gradually increased.

Distributed routing for load balancing [PDF]
Some open-loop and closed-loop control algorithms are discussed for an example of a discrete-event system, namely, the routing of arriving tasks from different arrival streams among several possible service stations. It is shown that it is possible to design open-loop policies that give good performance in a way which is very robust with respect to ...

Distributed Undervoltage Load Shedding [PDF]
A new design of load shedding against long-term voltage instability is proposed. It uses a set of distributed controllers, each monitoring a transmission voltage, controlling a group of loads, acting in closed-loop, and adjusting its action to the voltage evolution. The whole system operates without information exchange between controllers.

Persistent-Idle Load-Distribution [PDF]
A parallel server system is considered in which a dispatcher routes incoming jobs to a fixed number of heterogeneous servers, each with its own queue. Much effort has been previously made to design policies that use limited state information (e.g., the queue lengths in a small subset of the set of servers, or the identity of the idle servers). However,

Method to Calculate the Maximum Elastic Displacement on Double Blast Reinforced Concrete Door Supported by 3 Sides [PDF]
Displacement ductility and rotational ductility are used, to verify the performance of blast doors subjected to explosive loads. The values of these performance items are calculated by measuring the maximum elastic displacement in the laboratory, and the
