We present the case of a male former smoker with diffuse pneumonic lepidic adenocarcinoma. ABSTRACT Lepidic adenocarcinoma is a rare subtype of lung adenocarcinoma that develops from the terminal bronchiolar and acinar epithelia of the lung. Diffuse pneumonic lepidic adenocarcinoma is associated with a poor prognosis.
