An expanded analysis of local fractional integral inequalities via generalized ( s , P ) $(s,P)$ -convexity

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications
This research aims to scrutinize specific parametrized integral inequalities linked to 1, 2, 3, and 4-point Newton-Cotes rules applicable to local fractional differentiable generalized ( s , P ) $(s,P)$ -convex functions. To accomplish this objective, we

Characterization of Nitinol Produced by Laser Powder Bed Fusion for Mechanical Metamaterial Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Stabilization of L‐PBF Ni50.7Ti49.3 under low‐cycle loading was investigated. Recoverable strain after cycling was dependent on the amount of applied load. Recovery ratio was 53.4% and 35.1% at intermediate and high load, respectively. The maximum total strain reached 10.3% at a high load of 1200 MPa.

Local Fractional Sturm-Liouville Theory on Fractal Sets with Integration by Parts and Equivalence of Local Fractional Derivatives

open access: yes
Abstract An approach to creating a fractional version of the Sturm and Liouville theorem for an inter val by means of integration by parts as a structural axiom will be described. The relationship between some properties and definitions of this development will be proven formally as having equivalents under appropriate admissibility ...

EBSD Study of Creep‐Induced Lattice Misorientation in MgO‐Particle‐Reinforced Austenitic Steel Composites

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Creep experiments at 900°C on coarse‐grained steel‐ceramic composites containing recycled magnesia reveal that higher ceramic volume fractions significantly enhance the creep resistance. Detailed EBSD investigations identify subgrain formation in the steel matrix as the dominant deformation mechanism.

Generalized Local Morrey Spaces Associated with Ball Banach Function Spaces and Their Application

open access: yesAxioms
This paper is devoted to the analysis of boundedness for fractional integral operators, Calderón–Zygmund singular integral operators, and their corresponding commutators on generalized local Morrey spaces associated with ball Banach function spaces ...

Additive Gaussian Process Regression for Predictive Design of High‐Performance, Printable Silicones

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A chemistry‐aware design framework for tuning printable polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) for vat photopolymerization (VPP) is developed using additive Gaussian process (GP) modeling. Polymer network mechanics informs variable groupings, feasible formulation constraints, and interaction variables.

Oxide‐Free Titanium Coatings by Wire Arc Spraying in a Silane‐Doped Inert Atmosphere

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A silane‐doped argon atmosphere enables the production of oxide‐free titanium coatings via twin‐wire arc spraying at ambient pressure. This innovative approach eliminates residual oxygen, creating process conditions that prevent oxidation and nitride formation.

A novel numerical approach to solutions of fractional Bagley-Torvik equation fitted with a fractional integral boundary condition

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica
In this work, we present a sophisticated operating algorithm, the reproducing kernel Hilbert space method, to investigate the approximate numerical solutions for a specific class of fractional Begley-Torvik equations (FBTE) equipped with fractional ...

Fractional Calculus in Physics: A Brief Review of Fundamental Formalisms

open access: yesMathematics
Fractional calculus provides powerful tools for modeling nonlocality, dissipative systems, and, when defined in the time representation, provides an interesting memory effect in mathematical physics.
