Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

The aim of the study is to indicate the causes destabilising the financial situation of local government units in Poland. Their identification and subsequent verification will allow a diagnosis to be made as to whether it is possible to bring about a stabilisation of the financial situation of these units within a more defined period of time.
