Cross-language bug localization [PDF]
Bug localization refers to the process of identifying source code files that contain defects from textual descriptions in bug reports. Existing bug localization techniques work on the assumption that bug reports, and identifiers and comments in source code files, are written in the same language (i.e., English). However, software users from non-English

Induction of diabetes in three different mouse strains uniformly resulted in an increase in TNAP activity and a reduction in pyrophosphate (PPi) in the circulation. Inhibition of TNAP restored plasma PPi. Diabetes‐induced calcification in the media layer of the aorta was detected only in the Abcc6−/− strain, which is predisposed to ectopic ...

Pathogenic Neurofibromatosis type 1 gene variants in tumors of non‐NF1 patients and role of R1276
Somatic variants of the neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) gene occur across neoplasms without clinical manifestation of the disease NF1. We identified emerging somatic pathogenic NF1 variants and hotspots, for example, at the arginine finger 1276. Those missense variants provide fundamental information about neurofibromin's role in cancer.

Enzymatic degradation of biopolymers in amorphous and molten states: mechanisms and applications
This review explains how polymer morphology and thermal state shape enzymatic degradation pathways, comparing amorphous and molten biopolymer structures. By integrating structure–reactivity principles with insights from thermodynamics and enzyme engineering, it highlights mechanisms that enable efficient polymer breakdown.
