Electrolyte Additive Strategies in Aqueous Zn‐Ion Batteries: Recent Advances and Prospects

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This article provides a comprehensive overview of the current status and future development directions of AZIBs electrolyte additives in three aspects: stabilizing zinc anodes (uniform deposition, inhibition of dendritic crystals), protecting cathodes (structural stability, inhibition of dissolution), and enhancing electrolyte stability (wider ...

Lactiplantibacillus Plantarum GUANKE Alleviates Allergic Asthma by Restricting Monocyte‐to‐DC Differentiation Via Microbiota‐Associated IAA

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lactiplantibacillus plantarum GUANKE remodels the indigenous gut microbiota and is associated with microbiota‐dependent restoration of circulating IAA. IAA treatment attenuates JAK3‐STAT3 and Jag1‐Notch4‐Hey1 signaling and reduces CX3CR1+Ly6C− monocytic precursor generation and pulmonary CD11b+ DC accumulation, together with reduced Th2 inflammation ...

RNAi in the Rhizarian Phytopathogen Plasmodiophora brassicae: The Causal Agent of Clubroot Disease in Cruciferous Crops

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study uncovers an unusual RNAi pathway in the rhizarian pathogen Plasmodiophora brassicae. In the absence of Dicer, a Drosha‐like RNase III protein supports the biogenesis of predominant 21‐nt small RNAs, and two Argonaute proteins mediate small RNA‐guided silencing.

Gm26550 Modulates Learning and Memory by Increasing IGF1 mRNA Expression and Stability in Nrf2−/− Mice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The present study shows that Nrf2 directly binds to the Gm26550 promoter, thereby activating Gm26550 transcription and increasing its expression. Mechanistically, Gm26550 promotes IGF1 expression by functionally antagonizing miR‐26a‐5p‐mediated repression and sequestering the RBP KHSRP, thereby enhancing hippocampal neuronal synaptic plasticity and ...

In Situ Genetic Engineering Facilitates MMP‐9‐Responsive TIMP1 Release Through Proteolytic Cleavage to Boost Diabetic Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study develops an MMP‐9‐responsive protein release system that transforms resident cells into drug depots through in situ genetic engineering. Anchored to the membrane, the therapeutic protein TIMP1 is selectively released upon MMP‐9 cleavage.
