Interactions of Antibody Drug Conjugate Anti‐Tubulin and Topoisomerase I Inhibitor Payloads with Radiotherapy to Potentiate Immunotherapy

Antibody drug conjugates deliver their cytotoxic anti‐tubulin or topoisomerase I inhibitor payloads to tumors through cancer cell receptor targeting. The released drug payloads induce cellular changes that interact with radiotherapy resulting in radiosensitization that improves cancer cell kill and stimulates anti‐tumor immune responses.

Temporal and Cell‐Specific Regulation of Synaptic Homeostasis by the Chromatin Remodeler Chd1

Chd1, the Drosophila homologue of mammalian CHD2 ‐ a gene linked to autism, epilepsy, and intellectual disability, is required for synaptic homeostatic plasticity. IGF‐1 Deficiency Serves as an Integrated Biomarker Pathogenic Driver and Predictor in Poor Ovarian Response

IGF‐1 deficiency underlies poor ovarian response (POR), as reduced levels in follicular fluid and granulosa cells impair antral follicle formation and compromise reproductive outcomes.
