BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Representations for continuous additive functionals of super-Brownian and super-stable processes
We study a class of continuous additive functionals for super-Brownian and super-stable processes. These are given in terms of a Tanaka-like formula that generalizes the one for local times. We give representations for these additive functionals in terms

On determining functionals for stochastic Navier-Stokes equations
We prove the existence of a wide collection of finite sets of functionals that completely determine the long-time behaviour of solutions to 2D Navier-Stokes equations with random initial data and excited by additive white noise.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Approximation models for the continuous additive functionals of multidimensional brownian motion
A general approximation model for the continuous additive functionals of the multidimensional Brownian motion is defined by summing a family of "local" processes over the representing measure of the considered CAF.

On LAN for parametrized continuous periodic signals in a time inhomogeneous diffusion
We consider a diffusion (ξ t ) t≥0 whose drift involves some T-periodic signal. T is fixed and known, whereas the signal depends on a d-dimensional parameter θ∈Θ.

Promiscuous stimulation of HSP70 ATPase activity by parasite‐derived J‐domains
The malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum exports three highly homologous yet functionally divergent J‐domain proteins into human erythrocytes. Here, we show that J‐domains isolated from all three proteins effectively stimulate the ATPase activity of both endogenous host and exported parasite HSP70 chaperones.

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Partial Linear Quantile Regression and Bootstrap Confidence Bands [PDF]
In this paper uniform confidence bands are constructed for nonparametric quantile estimates of regression functions. The method is based on the bootstrap, where resampling is done from a suitably estimated empirical density function (edf) for residuals ...
