This systematic review synthesizes prognostic models for survival and recurrence in resected non‐small cell lung cancer. While many models demonstrate moderate to good discrimination, few are externally validated and reporting quality is variable, limiting clinical applicability and highlighting the need for robust, transparent model development ...

Cohopfian Groups And Accessible Group Classes
A group G is said to be cohopfian if it is neither trivial nor isomorphic to any of its proper subgroups, and this property is equivalent to the existence of a suitable group class X such that G is minimal non-X.

Predictive Ability of Plasma p‐tau217 for β‐Amyloid Status: A Prospective Multicenter Study
ABSTRACT Objective Plasma tau phosphorylated at threonine 217 (p‐tau217) measured with fully automated platforms has shown high accuracy for Alzheimer's disease (AD) diagnosis, but real‐world multicenter data remain limited. We aimed to validate the diagnostic performance of p‐tau217 for identifying AD pathology in a real‐world multicenter cohort ...

GB-Problem in the Class of Locally Graded Groups
A problem, we consider, is equivalent to the one posed in 1981 by Bergman: Let G be a group and S a subsemigroup of G which generates G as a group. Must each identity satisfied in S be satisfied in G? The first counterexample was found in 2005 by Ivanov and Storozhev. It gives a negative answer to the problem in general.

Graded quotients of ramification groups of local fields with imperfect residue fields
abstract: We prove that the graded quotients of the filtration by ramification groups of any henselian discrete valuation field of residue characteristic $p>0$ are ${\bf F}_p$-vector spaces. We define an injection of the character group of each graded quotient to a twisted cotangent space defined using a cotangent complex.

Graded Brauer groups of a groupoid with involution
International audienceWe define a group BrR(G) containing, in a sense, the graded complex and orthogonal Brauer groups of a locally compact groupoid G equipped with an involution.

Screening Routine Clinical Notes for Epilepsy Surgery Candidates Using Large Language Models
ABSTRACT Objective Epilepsy surgery is severely underutilized despite proven efficacy, with substantial under‐referral of eligible patients in routine clinical practice. This study evaluated the potential role of large language models (LLMs) as decision‐support tools for screening unstructured clinical notes to identify epilepsy surgery candidates and ...

ABSTRACT Introduction/Objective Acute intracranial stenting during endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) for ischemic stroke requires intraprocedural antiplatelet therapy (APT) to maintain patency. However, the hemorrhagic risk of combining APT with intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) remains uncertain.
