Ricci tensor of slant submanifolds in locally metallic product space forms

In this paper, we investigate the Ricci tensor of slant submanifolds in locally metallic product space forms. We derive the Chen-Ricci inequality and discuss its equality case. We also provide several applications of our results. The main result of the article is supported by non-trivial examples.
