The relative Hodge–Tate spectral sequence for rigid analytic spaces
Abstract We construct a relative Hodge–Tate spectral sequence for any smooth proper morphism of rigid analytic spaces over a perfectoid field extension of Qp$\mathbb {Q}_p$. To this end, we generalise Scholze's strategy in the absolute case by using smoothoid adic spaces.

On elements in algebras having finite number of conjugates [PDF]
Let $R$ be a ring with unity and $U(R)$ its group of units. Let $\Delta U=\{a\in U(R)\mid [U(R):C_{U(R)}(a)]

A coboundary Temperley–Lieb category for sl2$\mathfrak {sl}_{2}$‐crystals
Abstract By considering a suitable renormalization of the Temperley–Lieb category, we study its specialization to the case q=0$q=0$. Unlike the q≠0$q\ne 0$ case, the obtained monoidal category, TL0(k)$\mathcal {TL}_0(\mathbb {k})$, is not rigid or braided. We provide a closed formula for the Jones–Wenzl projectors in TL0(k)$\mathcal {TL}_0(\mathbb {k})$

Cohomology of locally nilpotent groups
This paper contains the detailed proofs of the results described in the author's survey [Group theory, Proc. Conf., Brixen/Italy 1986, Lect. Notes Math. 1281, 120-129 (1987; see the preceding review)].

Modeling General Asymptotic Calabi–Yau Periods
Abstract In the quest to uncovering the fundamental structures that underlie some of the asymptotic Swampland conjectures the authors initiate the general study of asymptotic period vectors of Calabi–Yau manifolds. The strategy is to exploit the constraints imposed by completeness, symmetry, and positivity, which are formalized in asymptotic Hodge ...

Spectra of subrings of cohomology generated by characteristic classes for fusion systems
Abstract If F$\mathcal {F}$ is a saturated fusion system on a finite p$p$‐group S$S$, we define the Chern subring Ch(F)${\operatorname{Ch}}(\mathcal {F})$ of F$\mathcal {F}$ to be the subring of H∗(S;Fp)$H^*(S;{\mathbb {F}}_p)$ generated by Chern classes of F$\mathcal {F}$‐stable representations of S$S$. We show that Ch(F)${\operatorname{Ch}}(\mathcal {

Moduli of finite flat torsors over nodal curves
Abstract We show that log flat torsors over a family X/S$X/S$ of nodal curves under a finite flat commutative group scheme G/S$G/S$ are classified by maps from the Cartier dual of G$G$ to the log Jacobian of X$X$. We deduce that fppf torsors on the smooth fiberss of X/S$X/S$ can be extended to global log flat torsors under some regularity hypotheses.

Totally disconnected, nilpotent, locally compact groups [PDF]
It is shown that, if G is a totally disconnected, compactly generated and nilpotent locally compact group, then it has a base of neighbourhoods of the identity consisting of compact, open, normal subgroups. An example is given showing that the hypothesis that G be compactly generated is necessary.

Locally nilpotent groups and hyperfinite equivalence relations
A long standing open problem in the theory of hyperfinite equivalence relations asks if the orbit equivalence relation generated by a Borel action of a countable amenable group is hyperfinite. In this paper we show that this question has a positive answer when the acting group is locally nilpotent.
