Location Based Encryption

open access: yes, 2019
We first propose a 2D Location Based Encryption (LBE) scheme, where the setting includes a geography center system and the 2D triangle area including the set of locations. A user joining in the system is provided with a pre-arranged key, which belongs to her/his location. If the user’s location is belonging to this area, he/she can decrypt the message.

Memory-Saving Implementation of High-Speed Privacy Amplification Algorithm for Continuous-Variable Quantum Key Distribution

open access: yesIEEE Photonics Journal, 2018
Privacy amplification is an indispensable procedure to share secure secret key between legitimate parties in quantum key distribution (QKD) because a portion of bits are still leaked to eavesdropper Eve after the secret reconciliation. Here, we propose a

Unorganized fibrocartilage and osseous proliferation after bone marrow stimulation for an osteochondral lesion of the talus

open access: yesJournal of Cartilage & Joint Preservation, 2021
Introduction: Bone marrow stimulation (BMS) is the most commonly used treatment for an osteochondral lesion of the talus (OLT). BMS can fail, however, and may require revision surgery.

Verification of electrical thematic graph and model based on data sharing model under equipment change

open access: yesDiance yu yibiao
In response to the confusion of data sources in different systems, as well as the possibility of system updates leading to the inability to use related systems, resulting in duplicate development and increased development workload, this paper designs ...

Location-based memory fences [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the twenty-third annual ACM symposium on Parallelism in algorithms and architectures, 2011
Traditional memory fences are program-counter (PC) based. That is, a memory fence enforces a serialization point in the program instruction stream --- it ensures that all memory references before the fence in the program order have taken effect before the execution continues onto instructions after the fence.

Needle Arthroscopy for Osteochondral Lesions of the First Metatarsophalangeal Joint: A Standardized Approach

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, 2023
Cartilage and osteochondral lesions of the first metatarsophalangeal (MTP-1) joint are characterized by pain during weight bearing and walking. The lesions often require surgical intervention(s). Arthroscopic bone marrow stimulation may be considered the

Location-based sound segregation [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE International Conference on Acoustics Speech and Signal Processing, 2002
We propose and test a novel location-based approach for speech segregation. Within a narrow frequency band modifications to the relative energy of the target source with respect to the interfering energy trigger systematic deviations for binaural cues.
