Unit Log-Logistic Distribution and Unit Log-Logistic Regression Model

Journal of the Indian Society for Probability and Statistics, 2021
In this paper, the unit log-logistic distribution was proposed. This distribution is obtained through by transformation of a random variable with log-logistic distribution. The unit log-logistic has closed forms for the cumulative distribution function and quantile function.

Marshall-Olkin Lindley-Log-logistic distribution: Model, properties and applications

Mathematica Slovaca, 2021
Abstract The authors introduce a new generalized distribution called the Marshall-Olkin Lindley-Log-logistic (MOLLLoG) distribution and discuss its distributional properties. The properties include hazard function, quantile function, moments, conditional moments, mean and median deviations, Bonferroni and Lorenz curves, distribution of ...

Repetitive acceptance sampling plan for odds exponential log-logistic distribution based on truncated life test

Journal of Industrial and Production Engineering, 2021
In this paper, we construct repetitive acceptance sampling plan (RASP) by attributes for the truncated life test under odds exponential log-logistic distribution (OELLD). The design parameters are determined by satisfying both the producer’s and consumer’

Control Charts for the Log-Logistic Distribution

Economic Quality Control, 2006
Summary: This paper deals with the log-logistic distribution as a life time model. Control charts and the corresponding control limits are developed analogous to Shewhart-charts for the process mean and process range. The proposed control limits are compared with those of Shewhart in detecting out of control signals for various sample sizes.

Some Characterizations of the Log-Logistic Distribution

Stochastics and Quality Control, 2018
Abstract The log-logistic distribution is a right skewed distribution of a random variable whose logarithm has the logistic distribution. In this paper, characterizations based on truncated moments, functions of order statistics and record values are obtained. Also, limiting distributions for the extreme order statistics are studied.
