Small, EarlyView.This study discriminates between sulfated and unsulfated cholecystokinin‐8 gut‐hormone forms at single‐molecule‐level resolution. Using an aerolysin nanopore embedded in a hybrid lipid‐polymer membrane, the system produces distinct electrical signatures enabling highly sensitive detection, even in 20% human serum.
