Charakterystyka anatomiczno-morfologiczna blaszek liściowych odmian Lolium multiflorum [Anatomical-morphological characteristics of Lolium multiflorum leaf blades]

open access: yesActa Agrobotanica, 2015
Results are reported of morphological-anatomical investigations on cultivated varieties of Lolium multiflorum. These varieties exhibit wide differences as regards the width, thickness and length of leaf blades and thicknes of the dermal layer, mesophyll ...

Morphology and pollen viability of Lolium multiflorum Lam. Morfologia e viabilidade polínica de Lolium multiflorum Lam. [PDF]

open access: yesCiência e Agrotecnologia, 2012
Study and characterization of pollen grains are essential for different areas, especially taxonomy, genetic improvement, phylogeny, and paleobotany. As yet, there are no reports on pollen morphology of genotypes of naturalized Lolium multiflorum Lam ...

Somatic embryogenesis in Lolium multiflorum suspension culture

open access: yesActa Societatis Botanicorum Poloniae, 2014
The embryogenic cell suspension was obtained from immature embryos of Lolium multiflorum through a callus culture. Somatic embryogenesis was induced by addition of 2,4-D, dicamba and picloram in 0,5 mg/l concentrations in MS liquid nutrient medium.

Anther Culture of Lolium Perenne and Lolium Multiflorum

open access: yesCrop Protection, 1990
Albino as well as green plantlets were obtained by anther culture of Lolium perenne L. and L.multiflorum L. Isozyme and flow cytometric analyses showed the microspore origin of these plantlets. There is a clear genotype effect on anther culture response and on the ratio of green to albino regenerants. The majority of regenerated plantlets were albinos,

Resistência de azevém (Lolium multiflorum) ao herbicida glyphosate Resistance of italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum) to glyphosate

open access: yesPlanta Daninha, 2004

open access: yesPlanta Daninha, 2010

Chromosome duplication in Lolium multiflorum Lam. [PDF]

open access: yesCrop Breeding and Applied Biotechnology, 2014
Artificial chromosome duplication of diploid genotypes of Lolium multiflorum (2n=2x=14) is worthy to breeding, and aims to increase the expression of traits with agronomic interest.

Herança da resistência de azevém (Lolium multiflorum) ao glyphosate Inheritance of azevém (Lolium multiflorum) resistance to glyphosate

open access: yesPlanta Daninha, 2007
O glyphosate é o principal produto usado para manejo não-seletivo das plantas daninhas. Já foram identificados biótipos de azevém resistentes a esse herbicida no Rio Grande do Sul, os quais estão se tornando predominantes rapidamente.

Effects of Coumarin on Rhizosphere Microbiome and Metabolome of Lolium multiflorum. [PDF]

open access: yesPlants (Basel), 2023
Rhizosphere microorganisms can help plants absorb nutrients, coordinate their growth, and improve their environmental adaptability. Coumarin can act as a signaling molecule that regulates the interaction between commensals, pathogens, and plants. In this study, we elucidate the effect of coumarin on plant root microorganisms.

Multiple evolutionary origins of glyphosate resistance in Lolium multiflorum. [PDF]

open access: yesEvol Appl, 2022
Abstract The multitude of herbicide resistance patterns that have evolved in different weed species is a remarkable example of the rapid adaptation to anthropogenic‐driven disturbance. Recently, resistance to glyphosate was identified in multiple populations of Lolium multiflorum
