Unravelling the Distinct Phenotype and Mechanosensitive Properties of Different Tendon Cell Populations

Tendon interfascicular and fascicular matrix cells are isolated and cultured, revealing distinct phenotypes and mechanosensitive responses. Interfascicular matrix cells exhibit marked stiffness‐dependent phenotypic plasticity, whereas fascicular matrix cells remain comparatively stable.

Early Spatial and Contextual Coding Deficits in Hippocampal CA1 Precede Performance Decline in an Alzheimer's Disease Model

Two‐photon calcium imaging in behaving 5xFAD mice reveals early CA1 coding deficits before behavioral decline. Task‐related place cell activity and splitter cell trajectory coding are impaired, with reduced retrospective dominance and greater prospective weighting.

Tau Aggregate Imaging and Transcriptomics of Alzheimer's Disease Brain at Different Stages of Disease

The protein aggregates and gene expression in the middle temporal gyrus (MTG) and somatosensory cortex (SOM) of the postmortem brains of 13 Alzheimer's disease patients were studied in detail, revealing that small hyperphosphorylated tau aggregates increase with Braak stage driven by microglial inflammation.

A Preclinical Multifunctional Capsule Robot with Unified Diagnosis and Targeted Thermal Therapy for Gastrointestinal Diseases

A proof‐of‐concept multifunctional capsule robot integrates diagnostic imaging, magnetic navigation, wireless power transfer, and targeted thermotherapy for gastrointestinal applications. Magnetically guided positioning and stable wireless power enable localized thermal ablation, achieving controlled heating and high cell mortality in vitro.
