All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Long-time asymptotics for nonlinear growth-fragmentation equations [PDF]

open access: yesCommunications in Mathematical Sciences, 2012
We are interested in the long-time asymptotic behavior of growth-fragmentation equations with a nonlinear growth term. We present examples for which we can prove either the convergence to a steady state or conversely the existence of periodic solutions.

Spectral asymptotics for stable trees [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
We calculate the mean and almost-sure leading order behaviour of the high frequency asymptotics of the eigenvalue counting function associated with the natural Dirichlet form on alpha-stable trees, which lead in turn to short-time heat kernel asymptotics

Long-time asymptotics for an integrable evolution equation with a 3 x 3 Lax pair

open access: yes, 2021
We derive a Riemann-Hilbert representation for the solution of an integrable nonlinear evolution equation with a 3 x 3 Lax pair. We use the derived representation to obtain formulas for the long-time asymptotics.

Hybrid Solar Cell/Triboelectric Nanogenerator Based on Stable Two‐Dimensional Covalent Organic Frameworks

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study highlights the integration of stable two‐dimensional covalent organic framework (COF) films as photoactive layers in hybrid nanoenergy devices. The results demonstrate their capacity to generate electricity under both sunny and rainy conditions, showcasing versatility and resilience.

On the long-time asymptotics of the modified Camassa–Holm equation with step-like initial data

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Applied Mathematics
We study the long-time asymptotics for the solution of the modified Camassa–Holm (mCH) equation with step-like initial data. \begin{align*} &m_{t}+\left (m\left (u^{2}-u_{x}^{2}\right )\right )_{x}=0, \quad m=u-u_{xx}, \\[3pt] & {u(x,0)=u_0(x)\to ...

Time‐Resolved Magnetization Switching Dynamics Driven by Orbital Torques

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Du et al. reveal nanosecond magnetization switching driven by orbital currents using time‐resolved Hall detection. The measurements separate domain nucleation from domain wall propagation and show that Joule heating strongly assists switching by lowering energy barriers.

Semidiscretization and long-time asymptotics of nonlinear diffusion equations [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
We review several results concerning the long time asymptotics of nonlinear diffusion models based on entropy and mass transport methods. Semidiscretization of these nonlinear diffusion models are proposed and their numerical properties analysed.

Long-time asymptotics of the Lifshitz–Slyozov equation with nucleation

open access: yesKinetic and Related Models
We consider the Lifshitz-Slyozov model with inflow boundary conditions of nucleation type. We show that for a collection of representative rate functions the size distributions approach degenerate states concentrated at zero size for sufficiently large times.

Coupling time distribution asymptotics for some couplings of the Lévy stochastic area [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
We exhibit some explicit co-adapted couplings for n-dimensional Brownian motion and all its Lévy stochastic areas. In the two-dimensional case we show how to derive exact asymptotics for the coupling time under various mixed coupling strategies, using
