An Estimation Method for Aircraft Longitudinal Static Stability Prior to Flight Test [PDF]
Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Computer Application and System Modeling, 2012 A quick method for estimating aircraft longitudinal static stability is developed based on the aircraft dimensions. Stick fixed and stick free stability estimation equations are reduced respectively, and the equations of stick deflection and stick force for flight tests are obtained.
