In terms of loop transformation and code motion, the technique can be formulated as a combination of loop shifting and loop compaction.

Summary: Jordan loop rings can exist only in characteristics not relatively prime to 6. In this paper, we show they exist in characteristic 2, give a number of examples of loops with Jordan loop rings and initiate a study of Jordan loops, a class of loops which has hitherto been largely ignored, perhaps for good reason.
