Poisson equation for the three loop ladder diagram in string theory at genus one [PDF]
The three loop ladder diagram is a graph with six links and four cubic vertices that contributes to the D^{12} R^4 amplitude at genus one in type II string theory. The vertices represent the insertion points of vertex operators on the toroidal worldsheet

On One-Loop Gap Equations for the Magnetic Mass in d=3 Gauge Theory [PDF]
Recently several workers have attempted determinations of the so-called magnetic mass of d=3 non-Abelian gauge theories through a one-loop gap equation, using a free massive propagator as input.

Simplifying the one loop five graviton amplitude in type IIB string theory [PDF]
We consider the D^8 R^5 and D^{10} R^5 terms in the low momentum expansion of the five graviton amplitude in type IIB string theory at one loop. They involve integrals of various modular graph functions over the fundamental domain of SL(2,Z).

Bipartite output regulation for singular heterogeneous multi‐agent systems on signed graph
The paper primarily tends to handle bipartite output regulation problem for singular heterogeneous multi‐agent systems with signed graph. This disturbance and reference signals are produced by exosystem, respectively.

Feynman graph generation and calculations in the Hopf algebra of Feynman graphs
Two programs for the computation of perturbative expansions of quantum field theory amplitudes are provided. feyngen can be used to generate Feynman graphs for Yang-Mills, QED and $\varphi^k$ theories.

On the Invariance of Residues of Feynman Graphs [PDF]
We use simple iterated one-loop graphs in massless Yukawa theory and QED to pose the following question: what are the symmetries of the residues of a graph under a permutation of places to insert subdivergences.

Phytohormone brassinosteroid‐induced gene regulation by the transcription factor BIL1/BZR1 involves redox‐dependent DNA‐binding alternation and interaction with the transcription factor PIF4. The reduced BIL1/BZR1 dimer binds preferred cis‐elements, while oxidation alters its oligomerization state and disrupts DNA‐binding ability.

This study used longitudinal transcriptomics and gene‐pattern classification to uncover patient‐specific mechanisms of chemotherapy resistance in breast cancer. Findings reveal preexisting drug‐tolerant states in primary tumors and diverse gene rewiring patterns across patients, converging on a few dysregulated functional modules. Despite receiving the
