Shoulder arthroscopy: Minimally invasive surgery for primary synovial chondromatosis of the shoulder
Primary synovial chondromatosis is a rare disorder, and involvement of the shoulder joint is extremely rare. The clinical symptoms are usually nonspecific, and therefore, the clinical diagnosis of synovial chondromatosis of the shoulder may be difficult ...

Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

Radiological study of three cases of loose bodies in the temporomandibular joint
According to the literature, loose bodies in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) primarily prompt to synovial chondromatosis (SC). SC is a cartilaginous metaplasia of the mesenchymal remnants of the synovial tissue of the joints. Its main characteristic is

Arthroscopy of the elbow for loose bodies.
This retrospective study confirms the benefit of arthroscopic removal of loose bodies from the elbow, and documents the accuracy of history and plain radiographs.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Ballistic and physical properties of highly fractured alumina [PDF]
It is known that ceramic materials in armour are often shattered by a penetrating projectile and the resistance to penetration is therefore dependent upon the properties of this failed material.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.
