Accelerating Multiparametric Quantitative MRI Using Self‐Supervised Scan‐Specific Implicit Neural Representation With Model Reinforcement

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Medicine, Volume 95, Issue 5, Page 2963-2979, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Purpose To develop a self‐supervised scan‐specific deep learning framework for reconstructing accelerated multiparametric quantitative MRI (qMRI). Methods We propose REFINE‐MORE (REference‐Free Implicit NEural representation with MOdel REinforcement), combining an implicit neural representation (INR) architecture with a model reinforcement ...

Strategies for improving home blood pressure monitoring among pregnant women with low adherence in Ghana

open access: yesPregnancy, Volume 2, Issue 3, May 2026.
Abstract Introduction Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP) remain a leading cause of maternal morbidity and mortality globally, with a disproportionate burden in low‐ and middle‐income countries (LMICs) such as Ghana. In high‐income settings, home blood pressure (BP) monitoring has emerged as an effective tool for early detection of HDP; however ...

Risk Factors for and Prevalence of Failure of Passive Transfer of Immunity in Calves on Dairy Farms in Türkiye

open access: yesVeterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 3, May 2026.
The prevalence of FPTI in this study was similar to reports internationally. This research shows that there were both modifiable and non‐modifiable significant risk factors for FPTI in Türkiye dairy herds, specifically colostrum feeding method and season of birth and herd size, dam parity and calf breed.

Evaluation of White Blood Cell Ratios in Newly Diagnosed Multicentric Lymphoma in Dogs

open access: yesVeterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 3, May 2026.
Neutrophil‐to‐lymphocyte and platelet‐to‐lymphocyte ratios were significantly higher, whereas the monocyte‐to‐lymphocyte ratio was lower, in dogs with lymphoma compared to healthy controls at diagnosis. These findings suggest that CBC‐derived inflammatory ratios may reflect tumour‐associated systemic inflammation in canine lymphoma. ABSTRACT Background
