Space-like hypersurfaces in locally symmetric Lorentz space [PDF]

open access: yesANZIAM Journal, 2008
Abstract Let M be an n-dimensional space-like hypersurface in a locally symmetric Lorentz space, with n(n−1)R=κH(κ>0) and satisfying certain additional conditions on the sectional curvature. Denote by S and H the squared norm of the second fundamental form and the mean curvature of M, respectively.

Pressure‐Induced Structural and Magnetic Evolution in Layered Antiferromagnet YbMn2Sb2

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Pressure tunes the delicate balance between structure, magnetism, and electronic states in quantum materials. In YbMn2Sb2, high‐pressure X‐ray and neutron diffraction reveal a trigonal‐to‐monoclinic transition near 3.5 GPa, accompanied by unconventional magnetic ordering.

Lorentz covariant on-shell cubic vertices for continuous-spin fields and integer-spin fields

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
In the framework of Lorentz covariant on-shell approach, interacting continuous-spin fields and integer-spin fields in flat space are investigated. Continuous-spin fields are considered by using a Lorentz vector superspace formulation, while integer-spin

Stabilizing Magnesium Anodes in Rechargeable Magnesium Batteries via Fluorinated Cyclic Ether Electrolyte Additive

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
A fluorinated cyclic ether, FDOL, is shown to stabilize Mg metal anodes by tuning Mg2+ solvation of the G2 electrolyte. The G2‐FDOL electrolyte suppresses passivation and thick, diffusion‐blocking Mg deposits, enabling more uniform Mg plating/stripping and sustained interfacial reactions.

Thermal Conductance and Mass Transport of Brinkman‐Type Nanofluids Across Porous Plates: A Prabhakar‐Fractional Approach

open access: yesAsia-Pacific Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The paper establishes an advanced computing algorithm to investigate the thermosolutal dynamics of an electrically conductive Brinkman‐type nanofluid that moves in a porous channel, and the fluid is acted on by an inclined magnetic field exerted externally.

Two‐Dimensional Flow and Thermal Energy Transfer in Non‐Newtonian Casson–Carreau Ternary Hybrid Nanofluids Over Stationary and Moving Wedge Surfaces With Radiation and Magnetic Field Effects

open access: yesAsia-Pacific Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Efficient thermal management in advanced industrial systems requires improved heat transfer performance, particularly under non‐Newtonian fluid behavior and complex surface geometries. This study investigates the two‐dimensional flow and heat transfer characteristics of ternary hybrid nanofluids over both stationary and moving wedge surfaces ...
