Analysis of Loss-of-Coolant Accidents in the NBSR [PDF]
This report documents calculations of the fuel cladding temperature during loss-of-coolant accidents in the NBSR. The probability of a pipe failure is small and procedures exist to minimize the loss of water and assure emergency cooling water flows into the reactor core during such an event.

Core Reactivity Analysis during Fuel Draining Process in the Molten Salt Fast Reactor
A study of the core criticality during the draining process of liquid fuel salt on Molten Salt Fast Reactor (MSFR) was done. Two accident scenario that causes the draining process were loss of freeze valve coolant and loss of secondary coolant.

Quenching Experiments with CrAl-coated Zircaloy Cladding in Reflooding Water Flows
A quenching experiment is performed to investigate the heat transfer characteristics and cooling performance of CrAl-coated Zircaloy (Zr) cladding in a water flow. The CrAl-coated Zr cladding is one of the accident tolerant fuels for light water reactors.

ANALYSIS OF SPENT FUEL POOL LOSS OF COOLANT INVENTORY ACCIDENT PROGRESSION
The Spent Fuel Pool (SFP) in a nuclear power plant is a robust structure designed to withstand large seismic loads. After the terrorist attacks on September 11 and the accident in the Fukushima nuclear power plant, special attention was focused on safety assessments and taking measures to mitigate possible accidents related to the spent fuel pool. This
