Higher-order linear lossless systems
We define a lossless autonomous system as one having a quadratic differential form associated with it called the total energy, which obeys the property of positivity and which is conserved.

Twin Crystal Moiré Metasurfaces for Crossing Flat‐Band Transport
This study introduces twin crystal moiré metasurfaces, breaking in‐plane symmetry to enable reconfigurable acoustic wave manipulation. By adjusting the twin angle and interlayer twist angle, various combinations of hyperbolic, flat bands, and elliptic states can be synthesized in the system.

Lossless linear analog compression [PDF]
We establish the fundamental limits of lossless linear analog compression by considering the recovery of random vectors ${\boldsymbol{\mathsf{x}}}\in{\mathbb R}^m$ from the noiseless linear measurements ${\boldsymbol{\mathsf{y}}}=\boldsymbol{A}{\boldsymbol{\mathsf{x}}}$ with measurement matrix $\boldsymbol{A}\in{\mathbb R}^{n\times m}$.

Lossless White Balance for Improved Lossless CFA Image and Video Compression
Color filter array is spatial multiplexing of pixel-sized filters placed over pixel detectors in camera sensors. The state-of-the-art lossless coding techniques of raw sensor data captured by such sensors leverage spatial or cross-color correlation using lifting schemes. In this paper, we propose a lifting-based lossless white balance algorithm.

Programmable Stepwise Heteroepitaxial Growth of Colloidal Crystals With Different Phases
Stepwise heteroepitaxial growth is adapted to colloidal crystal engineering with DNA, enabling face‐centered cubic (fcc) facets to grow on body‐centered cubic (bcc) crystals with 110 facets. This approach tolerates large lattice mismatches, extending heteroepitaxy beyond the limits of conventional atomic systems.
