A dynamic lot-sizing model with demand time windows
One of the basic assumptions of the classical dynamic lot-sizing model is that the aggregate demand of a given period must be satisfied in that period.

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

On the complexity of the economic lot-sizing problem with remanufacturing options
In this paper we investigate the complexity of the economiclot-sizing problem with remanufacturing (ELSR) options. Whereas inthe classical economic lot-sizing problem demand can only besatisfied by production, in the ELSR problem demand can also ...

Remanufacturing lot-sizing under alternative perceptions of returned units' quality [PDF]
One of the critical parameters in reverse supply chain management is the increased variability of the quality condition of used, returned products. The volatile nature of returns' quality often dictates the establishment of quality assessment procedures ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Improved Lower Bounds For The Capacitated Lot Sizing Problem With Set Up Times
We present new lower bounds for the Capacitated Lot Sizing Problem with Set Up Times. We improve the lower bound obtained by the textbook Dantzig-Wolfe decomposition where the capacity constraints are the linking constraints.

Multi-Level Lot Sizing Problem with Deterioration Inventory and Disposal Costs
In this paper, the multi-level lot sizing problem which is used to determine the production lot sizes in industrial environments, has been investigated.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Worst case analysis for a general class of on-line lot-sizing heuristics.
In this paper we analyze the worst case performance of heuristics for the classical economic lot-sizing problem with time-invariant cost parameters. We consider a general class of on-line heuristics that is often applied in a rolling horizon environment.
