ANTIOXIDANT PROPERTIES OF LOTUS CORNICULATUS L . EXTRACTS

2015
In this study, the effect of extraction conditions on antiradical and chelating activity of Lotus corniculatus L. extracts was investigated. The optimum conditions for the extraction were determined using response surface methodology (RSM). Box Behnken design was used to investigate the effects of three variables: ethanol concentration (%), temperature

Somaclonal variation in Lotus corniculatus L. in relation to plant breeding purposes

Euphytica, 1990
Seventy-two plants regenerated from leaf-derived calli of a single plant of Lotus corniculatus have been evaluated for several morphological and agronomical traits. The analysis of selfed and polycross progenies of the regenerants indicates that the variation among regenerants was, at least in part, of genetic origin.

Pollination success of Lotus corniculatus (L.) in an urban context

Acta Oecologica, 2012
Most anthropogenic activities are known to have deleterious effects on pollinator communities. However, little is known about the influence of urbanization on pollination ecosystem services. Here, we assessed the pollination service on Lotus corniculatus (L.), a self-sterile, strictly entogamous Fabaceae commonly observed in urban and suburban areas ...

Somaclonal Variation in Lotus corniculatus L. (Birdsfoot Trefoil)

1996
The genus Lotus comprises a heterogeneous assemblage of annual and perennial species numbering close to 200 which are distributed widely throughout the world (Larsen 1958). These species are extremely diverse in morphology and are adapted to a wide range of ecological habitats.

Features of varietal DNA identification in Lotus corniculatus L. samples

Adaptive Fodder Production
This study focuses on molecular-genetic identification of encrypted samples of birdsfoot trefoil (Lotus corniculatus L.) using Inter-Primer Binding Site (iPBS) and Sequence-Related Amplified Polymorphism (SRAP) marker systems. The research aimed to verify whether the encrypted samples genetically match the reference varieties Smolensky 1, Luch, and ...

Proizvodnja i korištenje roškaste smiljkite (Lotus corniculatus L.)

2011

Smiljkita roškasta (Lotus corniculatus L.) u proizvodnji krme

2013
