The efficacy of the chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) model in mice was assessed using the tail suspension test (TST; A) and the forced swim test (FST; B). In both major depressive disorder (MDD) mouse models, CUMS significantly increased immobility time, indicating the development of depressive‐like behavior.
