A low dropout voltage regulator with programmable output

2009 4th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications, 2009
In this paper, we present a low dropout voltage regulator (LDO) which can be programmed to generate four output voltages (3.3 V, 2.5 V, 1.8 V, and 0 V) by the external control signals. Between the error amplifier and the power transistor, we place a simple buffer so that the power supply rejection (PSR) of LDO can be improved.

An output-capacitorless low dropout regulator without resistors

2014 International SoC Design Conference (ISOCC), 2014
An all-MOSFET low-power low-dropout regulator is designed in CMOS technology, featuring low sensitivity with respect to input voltage and temperature. Supply voltage can be as low as 800mV. An error amplify (EA) with an embedded voltage reference (EVR) is employed and a buffer is used to improve the load transient.
