Coupled Fluid–Structure–Acoustic Analysis of Flow‐Induced Noise Control Using an Elastic Baffle in a Micro Channel

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, EarlyView.
This research explores how fluid flow, structural movement, and sound interact in an elastic baffle system. Using a numerical approach based on the finite element method, the study analyzes how noise and vibrations change with different baffle configurations. The findings reveal that shortening the baffle by half reduces noise transmission by 9%, while

Study on the Influence of Slope Static Load on Shallow Lining Support Structure

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, EarlyView.
On the basis of the background of the shallow‐buried main adit supported by stone lining, the mechanical model of the supporting structure is constructed, and the stability of the supporting structure is analyzed by using the methods of field investigation, theoretical analysis, and numerical simulation.

Interpretable Tree‐Based Models for Predicting Short‐Term Rockburst Risk Considering Multiple Factors

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, EarlyView.
Interpretable tree‐based models integrate microseismic, geological, and mining indicators to predict short‐term rockburst risk. SHAP analysis reveals the dominant role of energy‐related features and clarifies nonlinear factor interactions, enabling transparent and reliable early‐warning in deep coal mines.
