Synchronization of Low-Frequency Oscillation in Power Systems
This paper presents the well-documented concept of synchronization of low frequency oscillation occurring in power systems and describes the characteristics of sync occurring in basic electrical circuits.

Identification of low frequency oscillation modes in large transmission systems
There is a typical dynamical performance associated with every system. Oscillations are phenomena inherent to dynamical systems and the analysis of such phenomena is a fundamental issue for understanding the dynamical behavior of a particular system ...

Nonergodic Brownian oscillator: low-frequency response
Abstract An undisturbed Brownian oscillator may not reach thermal equilibrium with the thermal bath due to the formation of a localized normal mode. The latter may emerge when the spectrum of the thermal bath has a finite upper bound ω 0 and the oscillator natural frequency exceeds a critical value

Low frequency longitudinal relaxation oscillation [PDF]
From the recent data analysis of the longitudinal feedback system and the streak camera, we have found a longitudinal relaxation beam oscillation whose frequency is a multiple of 36 Hz. When the relaxation oscillation is generated, horizontally oscillating wide beams are observed at the diagnostic beamline, and the beam lifetime is fluctuated.

LOW-FREQUENCY SWASH OSCILLATION
