Treatment of low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma in a nulligravid woman

A 32 year-old nulligravid woman with a uterine mass underwent exploratory laparotomy with myomectomy. Final pathology revealed a low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma (ESS) with positive margins.
