Low-Level Measurements

Proceedings II of the 28st Conference STUDENT EEICT 2022: Selected papers., 2022
This paper deals with the measurement of low values of electrical voltages and currents from sources with high internal resistance. The measured values are close to the theoretical limits of achievable sensitivity, which are determined by the magnitude of the Johnson´s thermal noise. Non-thermal noises are also generated in the circuit.

"Low level" intelligence for "low level" character animation

ACM SIGGRAPH 2002 conference abstracts and applications, 2002
It has been suggested that investing animated characters with low-level cognitive models can allow a rich set of low-level behavior to be produced automatically. For example, a character that has the cognitive capability of Object Persistence can intelligently direct its gaze over a scene and even respond emotionally to certain world events. This level

Low Level Counting Techniques

Annual Review of Nuclear Science, 1975
The most common detector systems are summarized and the parameters important to their application, such as sensitivity and background count rates are discussed. LLC techniques are also compared to other analytical procedures. A representative sample of the spectrum of applications of LLC in various scientific disciplines is given.

Low-level Garnet limiters

1961 IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference. Digest of Technical Papers, 1961
S- and L-band low-level passive limiters preselectors using polished single crystals of narrow line-width yttrium-irongarnet have been developed. The S-band limiter employed unsubstituted YIG and has an insertion loss of 0.6 db, a limiting threshold of -26 dbm, and a dynamic range greater than 30 db.

Low-Level Radiation

Science, 1996
It is hard to see what good taking another look at low-level radiation risk would do (ScienceScope, 27 Sept., p. 1787). Five previous reports have created nothing but controversy ([1][1]). In each report, one faction identified 0.1 Gray as the lower limit of acute and cancerous effects ([1][1]), only 100 times below the lethal dose and unchanged in 30 ...
