Low-Light Underwater Image Enhancement for Deep-Sea Tripod
To monitor the sedimentary process and morphological evolution in the South China Sea, free-ascending deep-sea tripod (FDT) has been developed. This FDT was equipped with a deep-sea camera and landed on the sea floor at a depth of 2100 m.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

A Zero-Reference Low-Light Image-Enhancement Approach Based on Noise Estimation
A novel zero-reference low-light image-enhancement approach based on noise estimation (ZLEN) is proposed to mitigate noise interference in image-enhancement processes, while the tenets of zero-reference and lightweight network architecture are maintained.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Low-Light Image Enhancement Based on Maximal Diffusion Values
A vast amount of pictures are taken every day by using cameras mounted on various mobile devices. Even though the clarity of such acquired images has been significantly improved due to the advance of the image sensor technology, the visual quality is ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Low-Light Image Enhancement via New Intuitionistic Fuzzy Generator-Based Retinex Approach
Image enhancement refers to the technique of improving an image by modifying certain aspects of its spectrum. Circumstances such as low-light and extreme darkness can lead to the loss of information, color, and quality in images. In order to address this

Improving the perception of low-light enhanced images
Improving images captured under low-light conditions has become an important topic in computational color imaging, as it has a wide range of applications. Most current methods are either based on handcrafted features or on end-to-end training of deep neural networks that mostly focus on minimizing some distortion metric —such as PSNR or SSIM— on a set ...
