SCAUNet: Step-Size-Consistent ADMM Unfolding Network for Low-Light Image Enhancement
Low-light image enhancement aims to restore visually pleasing normal-light images from degraded low-light observations. Most existing methods handle luminance variation from the enhancement perspective.

Unsupervised Low-light Image Enhancement Model with Adaptive Noise Suppression and Detail Preservation [PDF]
The visual quality of images taken under low-light environment is usually low,due to many factors such as low lightness and imaging noise.Current low-light image enhancement methods have a common limitation that they only focus on improving lightness ...

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Low-light image enhancement using generative adversarial networks
In low-light environments, the amount of light captured by the camera sensor is reduced, resulting in lower image brightness. This makes it difficult to recognize or completely lose details in the image, which affects subsequent processing of low-light ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Multi-branch low-light image iterative enhancement network
Images captured at night or under low-light conditions often suffer from insufficient brightness, low resolution, and detail loss. Although numerous deep learning-based methods have been proposed, most rely on direct mappings from low-illumination to ...

Low-illumination Object-Detection Algorithm Based on Image Adaptive Enhancement [PDF]
In the case of detection tasks in low-light environments, owing to the influence of unfavorable factors, such as low brightness, low contrast, and noise, missed and wrong detections can occur.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.
